Backyard Bungalows use trusted, qualified trades people and experienced project managers.
Bungalows are a fixed price with only three allowances which can be priced through one easy, obligation free site visit.
Allowances are for:
• Foundations
• Connection to sewage (only if existing connection is more than 3m away)
• Connection to main house electricity (some existing homes may require upgrades to accommodate another dwelling)
These additional costs can be determined with an obligation free site visit and will be provided upfront before any agreement is entered.
